The Lumen 3 Pack LED High Output Spotlights with Remote Control are battery operated. Spotlights snap off the mounting for recharging.
Not sure if these can be placed directly in the weather but they work fine under the deck roof.
Many people use these to light up poorly lit areas inside their homes, attic, crawl space, and in place of track lighting (saves money).
The included remote is rather bulky for a modern system but works. The spotlights also have a switch which if you hold it down can be used to dim these lights.
